The mini waffle cone production line automatically makes mini waffle cones. From batter filling, baking, rolling, conveying, filling chocolate (or other fillings), cooling, counting to packaging, the process runs stably and has high efficiency.
The same line can produce different sizes of waffle cones, only change the batter filling amount and rolling head size. The smallest cones we have tested so far can produce 4*2cm waffle cones.
Main Components of the Mini Cone Production Line
- Mixer: This equipment is mainly used to make cone batter. It mixes ingredients such as flour, sugar, eggs and other seasonings to make ice cream cone batter. There are no particles in the batter, very smooth batter.
- Cone Baking Ovens: The oven is specialized to bake the cone batter into the desired waffle cone shape. The batter is poured onto the baking plates, and then the oven bake these ice cream cones until they are golden brown and crispy.
- Cone Rolling Machine: After the waffle cones are baked, they are typically fan-shaped or round. The cone rolling machine rolls these fan-shaped or round shapes biscuit sheets into the classic waffle cone shape.
- Cooling Conveyor: Waffle cones are often hot when they come out of the baking process, so a cooling conveyor is used to gradually cool them down before further processing.
- Chocolate Filling Line: This line mainly composed of quantitative filling chocolate machine, chocolate melting and mixing tank, chocolate heating and heat preservation equipment, and freezing tunnel. The melted chocolate is poured into mini cones and cooled to shape.
- Packaging Machine: After the mini waffle cones are inspected by metal detectors, they are bulk packed into bags. Not only keep food hygienic, but also extend shelf life.
Mini Waffle Cone Processing Flow
Mix the formula to make the cone batter→ Lift batter through the pump and fill the batter on the baking plates→ The baked biscuit sheets are grabbed by the robot and moved to the rolling head part→ Rolled into ice cream cones of uniform size→ Cooled the temperature of the waffle cone surface by the conveyor belt → Filling melted chocolate into each cone → Packing them into bags for sale.
